Warranty

Every LuzLed product carries a 3 year warranty for our trade customers, counted from the invoice date.

What it covers

Defects in materials and manufacture, on condition that the product was installed by a qualified electrician and used within the ratings in its specifications: the input voltage, the IP rating for the place it is fitted, and, for magnetic systems and LED strip, the driver or power supply it is rated for.

What it does not cover

  • Damage from incorrect installation or connection, or from use outside the product's ratings
  • Products modified or repaired by anyone other than LuzLed
  • Mechanical damage, and normal wear such as fading of painted finishes
  • The cost of removing and reinstalling a product

Making a claim

If a product fails, send our sales team the following.

Make a claim
  1. The product codePrinted on the product page and on your invoice.
  2. Your invoice number and dateThe warranty counts from the invoice date.
  3. The faultA short description, with photos where possible.

We examine the claim and, when the fault is covered, repair or replace the product.
